Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, coming to Netflix soon

Just earlier this year, Capcom launched the highly anticipated game Resident Evil 3 Remake and only few weeks back, they also unveiled the latest instalment in the Resident Evil Franchise: Resident Evil Village. Not content with just dominating the gaming market, they have officially entered the Netflix space with the drop of their upcoming Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness teaser on youtube.

Well, this is just a 1 Minute teaser that doesn’t tell us much about the plot, but what we do know is that Leon S. Kennedy and Clarie Redfield from the original games are back as well as zombies in this latest CGI animated series.

This is not Capcom’s first foray into the world of animated shows, with Resident Evil: Degeneration (2008), Resident Evil: Damnation (2012) & Resident Evil: Vendetta (2017) and in 2021, Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness will hit Netflix. The previous movies were not exactly, critically speaking, great , but they did provide a good hour plus of entertainment.

Exact release date of Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness is not known yet, but we can expect the show to be out in 2021. In the meantime, check out our review of The Devil All the Time.
