The First Ever Virtual Conscious Festival in Asia

With everything that is going on in the world at the moment, it is a great time to show some love. But you do not where and how to start? You can start with this year’s first ever Virtual Conscious Festival in Asia. The event is organised by Green Is The New Black. The event is taking place over three days,  June 12, 13 and 14. There will be live stream inspiring talks, energising workshops and a conscious shopping experience. 

The Conscious Festival is a 3-day interactive online escape that will have you going across countries and borders between Asia and Europe to learn first-hand about the challenges and solutions relating to climate change. There are 3 different ‘zones’ where attendees can explore, learn and shop. 

  1. EXPO

This is the hub of the Virtual Conscious Festival. The marketplace will showcase over 70 different conscious brands and retailers. You can shop and learn the importance of supporting small businesses and why they are doing what they are doing.  The expo will be filled with lifestyle art, food, beauty, fashion and wellbeing. This is the type of retail therapy you would want. The brands that you are supporting is conscious and mindful of their business practices. 


There are four core themes that attendees can tune into: wellbeing, business, fashion and the planet. At the same time, the talks will centre around purpose-led business, up cycling for a circular economy and cleaning up our oceans. The speakers includes Extinction Rebellion, LUSH, Project Drawdown, Ikea, Plant Based News, Kering, Positive Luxury, The Guardian, MUD Jeans, and so many more!  Here is the list over 80+ speakers.


Workshops are led by experts sharing sustainable practices and aims to improve your overall sense of health and wellness. Come and enjoy the ecstatic dances and mindfulness edition to making your money sustainable and positive innovation to performance art. There is a definitely a workshop for everyone. This is not a free event. You would have to purchase a ticket. However, if you are unable to afford a ticket, email Green Is The New Black and they will help you out!. Green Is The New Black highlighted that this is a ticketed event as “there is an entire team of people behind the scenes who works for months on this event to make it happen. Also, part of the tickets goes to the speakers, facilitators and community partners etc.. And a big chunk goes to plant our second forest in the Philippines, that’s how we keep our event carbon neutral and our footprints (and yours for joining) light.”
