We are finally at the last week of the Circuit breaker and let’s be honest here, it is not really the last week, is it. But on the bright side, we are not getting more restrictions. So, just like the weeks before, instead of doing Chloe Ting’s abs workouts, here is a list of 5 Singapore Fitness Studios that are offering online classes.
It seems that everyone now is doing Yoga. You see the pictures on instagram. On their stories, posts, it’s everywhere! For all you Yoga lovers, Yoga Movement has just launched their new programme, YM Live. Users are now able to sign up for online packages and enjoy Yoga classes taught by their instructors on Zoom. This way the instructors are able to correct your postures verbally, instead of just you watching the instructors do the poses.

5 class share pack : $65
1-on-1 : $70/hr
You could also use your existing class pack to book into YM Live.
Jyan Yoga offers classes that a beginner or advance yogi can do. They aims for all yogis to become one with their mind, body and soul while learning basic asanas (a basic body posture) to help guide you through the poses. Jyan Yoga offers a range of classes that you can choose from: invert, flow, sculpt and stretch.

Popular Boom Singapore has conducted IG Live workouts throughout April and now they have moved to Zoom. For those of you, who haven’t heard of Boom Singapore, they focus on functional training and boxing. If you’re looking for a good full-body sweat-out, this is the place to go. For Boom newbies, check out their Instagram page to try out their previous workouts before investing tin their Zoom classes.

4. GROUND ZERO
Here’s another studio that specialises in full body workouts, or as we call it pain. Ground Zero is known for their Resistance, Ride and Rumble workouts. Ground Zero has moved their classes online and actually created ‘Afterburn’. A workout that only involves your bodyweight. But for Ground Zero newbies, before you sign up to anything here, head over to their Instagram page to try out their workouts first. Whereas for Ground Zero enthusiasts, you can sign up to their subscription programme.

Are you ready for pain? Oh..wait we meant fun! Are you ready for some fun? Barry’s Singapore is bound to make you work up a sweat. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday head over to their Instagram page and you will be gifted with a new workout. Their workouts go live at 8AM but they will be uploaded to their Instagram page after. After experiencing that, and you’re feeling little more confident and adventurous, why not sigh up to their Zoom classes.
