With the limitations of the Circuit Breaker, it doesn’t mean we can’t have a blessed Ramadan. During this period, many Muslim delivery riders will be working tirelessly.
With that, GrabFood created a feature where we can show our appreciation by buying our delivery-partner a meal. It could really make their day. You can purchase an additional meal when you are ordering yours.
This feature can be found when we are ordering your meals on the GrabFood app.
If you want to find out which restaurants have these feature, you can search “buy your delivery partner a meal” and list of restaurants will come up.
GrabFood also mentioned that the feature would be available at selected timings on the app. The feature will be up from now til 7 June 2020.
Here are some things that we can also do to make their jobs a little easier during this period:
#1. Schedule your orders in advance
#2. Make bigger orders
#3. Skip the wait & delivery fees with Self-Pick Up at selected stores.
#4. Order between 2 – 6pm
#5. Leave a tip and/or some words of encouragement
So, make someone’s day a little brighter by doing a nice gesture. Even though its small, it could mean a lot to our delivery riders out there.
