This is your plain, basic and healthy cereals that can be eaten best with anything and still tastes delicious. With high carbohydrate and protein value along with its price, it’s definitely worth your tummy.

But if eaten just like that, it’s super plain. Nevertheless, it’s healthy, decently priced and great nutrients to keep your day forward, we will give this:

Nestle Honey Stars is definitely for the sweet taste with a fair nutritional value but its slightly more on the pricier side. If these few more bucks can get your kids the nutrients they need without much complain from them, Honey Stars is definitely the way to go.

Don’t be deceived by its toasted and golden flakes, it doesn’t taste as crispy as the Kellogg’s ones. It tastes weirdly plain too.

Even though its made with whole grain and has the good amount of nutrients for your body, the taste just turns you off. No doubt it’s the cheapest cereal amongst the rest, so if you want to save up abit you can get them. But its a no for us just purely base off the taste.

Kellogg’s Frosties isn’t the one if you’re looking for a healthy cereal. It’s cereals are sweet and crunchy with an even coat of sugar. Don’t leave it in milk for too long as it gets soggy really quick.

Its nutritional values are pretty low and for the price, it’s quite a waste for something that isn’t that healthy. But if you want to go for the sugary ness of it then this is the one. This is a breakfast cereal for people who want to have a great time eating it without the care of nutrients. Thats why we ranked it #4. They will get a

5. Cheerios General Mills

One of the most tasteless cereals out there. It’s contradicting. It’s expensive and has the lowest nutritional values that your body needs. The price could be because it’s gluten free but still, it doesn’t provide your body with anything.

How can the cereal be so expensive but not provide you the nutrients you need. Some might not like the dusty feeling of the cereal. We really do not like this one.
